How identity verification works
When extra verification is needed, secure sign-in may ask for a code sent to your email or an approval in the ChatGPT app. Follow the options shown there. Horus never asks you to share your password or verification code with our team.
Use a verified email that matches your Horus order. A phone number added to your contact details is for project updates; it does not enable text-message login.
